Accident & Damage Liabilty
The company (Safety India Driver Service) provides professional drivers on a temporary basis for customer vehicles.
In the event of an accident, damage, or loss to the vehicle while being driven by the hired driver, the company shall not be held responsible for any financial, legal, or personal liability.
The customer shall bear all repair, insurance, medical, or legal costs arising due to an accident or damage.
Driver Responsibility
The driver provided by the company is responsible for operating the vehicle safely and following traffic laws.
The customer must ensure that the vehicle is insured and roadworthy before assigning it to the driver.
The driver shall not be held personally liable for accidental damages, unless found guilty of gross negligence, drunk driving, or intentional misconduct.
Customer Responsibility
The customer agrees to check the driver’s license and ID before assigning the vehicle.
The customer shall not hold the company responsible for any accident, damage, theft, or third-party claims related to the vehicle during the service period.
Any disputes, insurance claims, or legal matters arising due to accidents must be resolved by the customer directly with the relevant authorities and insurance providers.
